Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Redi.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Application refers to the Shopify application provided by the Company, named Redi.

Affiliate means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company.

Account means the Shopify merchant account used to access and use the Service.

Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to Redi.

Content means any information, data, settings, configurations, text, images, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or made available by You through the Service.

Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile device.

Feedback means any suggestions, comments, ideas, or recommendations You voluntarily submit regarding the Service.

Merchant means the owner or authorized administrator of a Shopify store using Redi.

Service refers to the Redi Shopify application, website, documentation, APIs, and all related services.

Terms mean these Terms of Service that govern Your use of the Service.

Third-Party Services means Shopify, third-party applications, websites, services, or technologies that integrate with or are used alongside Redi.

Website refers to Redi’s official website and support channels.

You means the individual, business, or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern Your access to and use of Redi.

By installing, accessing, or using the Service, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not install or use the Service.

You represent that You are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of a business or organization.

Your use of the Service also constitutes acceptance of Our Privacy Policy.

Description of the Service

Redi is a Shopify application that helps merchants optimize international shopping experiences through features including, but not limited to:

  • Geolocation-based visitor detection
  • Automatic country redirects
  • Manual country and region redirects
  • Country blocking and visitor restriction
  • Country-specific shopping experiences
  • Redirect rules and customization
  • Analytics and reporting related to redirects

The availability of individual features may vary depending on Your subscription plan.

User Accounts

To use Redi, You must have a valid Shopify store.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information.
  • Maintain the security of Your Shopify account.
  • Be responsible for all activities occurring through Your account.
  • Notify Us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You are solely responsible for managing access permissions within Your Shopify store.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Redi only for lawful purposes.

You shall not:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Service except where permitted by law.
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service.
  • Circumvent subscription limitations or licensing restrictions.
  • Use Redi in any manner that harms Shopify, other merchants, or end users.

Country Blocking and Redirect Responsibilities

Redi allows merchants to create automatic redirect and country blocking rules.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for configuring redirect and blocking rules.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that Your configurations comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
  • Incorrect configurations may affect customer access to Your store.
  • Redi is not responsible for lost sales, reduced traffic, customer dissatisfaction, or legal consequences resulting from merchant-configured rules.

We recommend testing all redirect and blocking rules before publishing them.

Store Data

To provide the Service, Redi may access certain Shopify store information, including:

  • Store domain
  • Store settings
  • Market configuration
  • Visitor location data
  • Redirect settings
  • Theme integration where required
  • Analytics necessary to provide the Service

We access only the data necessary to operate the application.

Intellectual Property

Except for merchant-owned content and data, all intellectual property related to Redi, including software, source code, user interface, trademarks, logos, documentation, graphics, and technology, remains the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to You.

Merchant Content

You retain ownership of all content and store data belonging to Your Shopify store.

By using the Service, You grant Us a limited license to process Your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership of Your store content.

Feedback

If You submit Feedback regarding Redi, You grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, publish, and incorporate that Feedback into the Service without compensation.

Third-Party Services

Redi integrates with Shopify and may interact with other third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shopify platform availability
  • Third-party applications
  • Third-party APIs
  • External websites
  • Changes made by Shopify or third-party providers

Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Subscription and Billing

Certain features of Redi require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, You authorize Shopify to charge applicable subscription fees through Shopify Billing.

Subscription fees:

  • Are billed through Shopify.
  • Are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
  • May change upon reasonable notice.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to premium features.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, Shopify outages, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond Our control may temporarily affect the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Required subscription payments fail.
  • Shopify terminates Your store or app installation.
  • Continued use creates legal or security risks.

You may discontinue use of Redi at any time by uninstalling the application from Shopify.

Termination does not affect obligations that survive termination, including payment obligations incurred before termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of customers
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Goodwill damage

arising out of or relating to Your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • USD $100, or
  • the total amount You paid to Redi during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Availability
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Security
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Merchant profitability
  • SEO performance
  • Traffic improvements
  • Sales increases

Use of the Service is entirely at Your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

If You have any dispute or concern regarding the Service, You agree to first contact Us and attempt to resolve the matter informally.

European Union Users

If You are a consumer residing in the European Union, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the laws of Your country of residence.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using Redi.

You represent that You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable sanctions or export control laws.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

Translation

If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

For material changes, We will provide reasonable notice before the revised Terms become effective.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
